This position has key accountability for the management of a highly motivated Sales team. The incumbent is responsible for the leadership and coordination of delivery and maintenance of scalable reporting that provides key metrics and insights to business leaders. This position will focus on creating corporate and executive internal reporting. The focus of work will be organized into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deliverables, and often require additional deep dives into certain KPI’s where executives may have additional questions or need further insights. A successful candidate will be able to deliver world class reporting as well as responsibility for helping the team to plan and prioritize across multiple concurrent projects.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and provide strategic insight for Sales and Marketing team.
- Creation, analyzation, and maintenance of procedures and processes, identifies and implements ideas for improved efficiency.
- Support initiative through data analytics by working with sales leaders and account management teams in identifying opportunities to build and analyze metrics through data visualization.
- Collaborates with management, technical staff and subject matter advisors to understand business needs/issues, troubleshoot problems, conduct root cause analysis and develop cost effective resolutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Build, generate, and analyze report using Excel or CRM tool.
- Works independently on day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- One year of related experience described above (or equivalent education/experience) required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and people/project management skills.
- Detail orientation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation skills.
- Microsoft office product proficiency. (Intermediate Excel skills required to include charts, pivot tables, data handling, sumif function, vlookup, Dashboards etc )
- Proficiency with analytics platforms and tools with the ability to teach these skills and an interest in expanding knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize coordinate and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skills.
- College degree or comparable work experience required.
- Experience with SQL, Smartsheet, and Salesforces preferred.
- Experience within insurance or healthcare organizations preferred.
- As this role is a remote role, you are required to maintain internet service that allows you to complete your essential job duties without issue. Rates of 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload while hardwired and not on a VPN are sufficient.
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Hourly Range: $24.41 - $38.16
