Job description

Responsibilities
    Key responsibilities & duties

    1. Qualify incoming email enquiries prior to passing onto sales team.

    2. Lead generation & making initial contact.

    3. Database growth (mining for new customers).

    4. Follow up samples that have been sent after delivery.

    5. Sales Support, i.e. enter orders, maintain customer records, follow up quotes etc.

    6. Assist with Marketing on social media pages, updating brochures & generating reports on social media activity.

Requirements
  • Academic or trade qualifications
  • English vocabulary must be perfect & clearly spoken.
  • Proven Administrative capabilities including a professional and dynamic attitude.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service at every point of contact. Work experience and skills
  • Must have experience in the construction industry & lead generation. Show initiative and self-motivation with a willing (can do) attitude who can work remotely. Have the desire to be creative and succeeded personally and for the success of the company. A few key traits of the person are; great interpersonal skills, have a Humble/Hungry/Smart attitude, confident & willing.

Work Arrangement
  • Work Setup: On-site
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT, should complete nine (9) hours work, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
