Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
This position is a senior manager level role within IMG Media's New York team – Endeavor’s Sports Media Rights group. The position will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of certain sports properties as well as providing consulting support to others. This person will be involved in sponsorship, brand relationships, e-commerce, media rights, and fan engagement. This person will also:
- Oversee a group of industry leading content creators and social strategists
- Pitch in and publish to Endeavor owned and client social platforms when needed, properties primarily focused on non-traditional and emerging sports content
- Review and maintain content calendars and provide continued analysis and insights on performance
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team across IMG and Endeavor to align strategy and goals, bring a #teamworkmakesthedreamwork attitude
- Lead strategy with social and content teams, including providing input on tone-of-voice and brand guidelines
- Bring the perspective of the fans and athletes to the table by digging into and understanding why content resonates and fans are always first
- Maintain an inquisitive attitude on the media industry
- Other duties that are within the scope of the role may be required
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professionally managing and posting on multiple social media accounts
- Quick decision making in favor of IMG and its clients
- Digitally native: you understand Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook because you are very online
- You have a POV on new and emerging platforms
- Detail-oriented and ability to copywrite and edit
- Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to an evolving environment
- Design and editing skills within Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Working Conditions
- This is a permanent position.
- This role will be based at 11 Madison, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$82,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$110,000 annually
