Genflow is an agency that works with the world's biggest creators and brands including Logan Paul, Iman Gadzhi, Leana Deeb, Ali Abdaal, Chris Williamson, Gymshark, Spotify, Dior & many others.
We have a team of over 100+ with offices in London, LA, NYC & Dubai.
We are a fast-growing, ambitious company that has achieved so much already, but knows there is still so much more opportunity to go after, which is why I am building out a high-performing personal branding team, to support me in building my audience & delivering our message across my social platforms.

THE ROLE
I am looking for a driven and strategic Social Media Manager who will be responsible for researching, curating & managing my personal content across key platforms including Instagram, X & LinkedIn. You’ll focus on building engagement, credibility & ensuring value is being delivered to Shan’s audience in order to deliver growth across his key accounts.
If you have experience in owning content creatives, curating and scheduling content, and building communities across various social platforms, with an obsession for social media, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Own & implement the CEO’s social media strategy across multiple platforms.
- Research key competitors & present content ideas on a weekly basis in order for the CEO to script and shoot new long-form YouTube content.
- Deliver clear briefs to the CEO, in order for him to shoot the necessary social content.
- Curate content that highlights the CEO’s personality, expertise, and credibility within the agency landscape.
- Curate infographics for the CEO, owning the contents, structure and execution of each.
- Utilise pre-scripted long form content, in order to curate engaging & educational short form content across Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Email.
- Schedule all content across each social platform.
- Manage comments and DMs across key social platforms, on behalf of the CEO. .
- Engage with relevant industry personalities in order to maximize reach + growth of each account, including responding to all comments and DMs.
- Brief and coordinate with internal teams to ensure all content is shot, edited & ready to post, as per agreed posting schedules.
- Own final execution of all CEO content, ensuring every post is accurate, credible & aligned with his social strategy.
- Pin-point and seek out speaking or podcast opportunities on behalf of the CEO, via his social platforms.
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance of the CEOs social platforms, on a weekly and monthly basis.
About You:
- 2+ years experience in Social Media Management role or similar
- You’ll be results driven, consistently refining content and that delivers KPIs
- Ability to draft hooks and short form copy that maximizes engagement
- Ability to handle multiple social platforms at once.
- Experience in scheduling content across multiple platforms.
- Ability to engage with a diverse community online in order to foster reach + growth.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Understand social trends and how to tailor them to specific audiences
