About the role

As a Revenue Operations Specialist you will play a critical role in scaling and improving our Business process. We’re looking for a professional who can combine strategic thinking and a data-driven approach with hands-on solution implementation. The ideal candidate is someone who can identify business opportunities and bottlenecks, design state of the art processes and solutions to solve these - and own the implementation through CRM, technology implementation and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Hubspot CRM system, including the Marketing, Sales, and Operations hubs.
  • Implement and optimize business processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation, customer retention, and sales.
  • Ensure data hygiene by regularly reviewing and updating data.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Monitor and maintain integrations with other tools, such as marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer support systems.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing CRM platforms to manage the full customer lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Proven track record of improving business operations and processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a big advantage.
