About the role

En tant qu’analyste technique, vous rejoindrez l’équipe des réclamations en responsabilité civile afin d’offrir un support technique à tous ses membres. Ainsi vous serez appelé à fournir des analyses de responsabilité et de quantum, répondre à des questions techniques, ainsi que partager et transférer vos connaissances.

Responsabilités spécifiques:

  • Offrir du support technique à l’équipe Responsabilité civile;
  • Fournir des analyses concises (verbales et écrites) répondant aux besoins opérationnels;
  • Répondre à des questions techniques de la part des membres de l’équipe traitant les réclamations (responsabilité et quantum);
  • Assister et conseiller les membres de l’équipe lors de négociations ou de la stratégie à adopter dans les dossiers de réclamation;
  • Réviser divers documents (Quittance, déclaration de copropriété, baux, etc.);
  • Communiquer efficacement les nouveaux jugements pertinents de même que la doctrine et les articles intéressants pour les membres de l’équipe sur une base régulière;
  • Participer activement aux divers projets du département;
  • Partager et transférer vos connaissances, en donnant des formations ou en participant à différents comités, que ce soit au niveau régional ou à travers des initiatives nationales de la compagnie;
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration et l’optimisation des conditions facilitantes;
  • Favoriser le travail d’équipe;
  • Promouvoir un service client professionnel et qui nous distingue de la concurrence;
  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des résultats de l’entreprise;
  • Promouvoir la vision et les valeurs de l’entreprise;

Compétences:

  • Formation en technique juridique ou toute combinaison de formation et d’expérience jugée pertinente pour le poste;
  • Expérience pertinente d’au moins cinq (5) ans;
  • Expérience requise en recherche juridique;
  • Certificat d’expert en sinistre 5A (un atout);
  • Fortes compétences et connaissances en analyse de contrat d’assurance, en responsabilité civile et en évaluation de blessures corporelles;
  • Leadership d’équipe, savoir instaurer la confiance, adaptabilité, communication efficace, autonomie;
  • Compétences en communication, en négociation et en collaboration;
  • Faire preuve d’initiative, de prise de décision stratégique, aptitude en coaching;
  • Soutenir activement les décisions stratégiques;
  • Bonne organisation et structure d’analyse;
  • Savoir créer un milieu axé sur l’ouverture et les valeurs de l’entreprise;
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais), « Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière »
