Job Overview

You'll be a critical member of the sales team. We are a rapidly growing, innovative telecommunications solution provider. We service Fortune 1000 customers by designing, building, and managing their global, Wide Area Networks. You'll be responsible for onboarding new customers and their orders. You'll work closely with CSMs, Customers, Sales, Partners, Provisioning, Billing, and Operations to ensure Customer orders are processed in a timely manner for a speedy, accurate, and smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with internal employees, vendors, and partners.

Create fans of our customers.

Take ownership of customer orders and work directly with the customer, partner, salesperson, vendors, and provisioning to analyze orders, create clean orders, and ensure a smooth transition to provisioning.
