OVERVIEW:

The People Analytics Sr. Analyst is responsible for transforming diverse people data sources to extract meaningful insights and generate impactful solutions to support evidence-based workforce decisions across the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, experience in data visualization, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes. They will design, build, and maintain key analyses on the entire employee life-cycle with a focus on actionable talent information to support our internal business partners.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed analysis of workforce data and key HR metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into key HR metrics and trends using BI tools (e.g., Visier). Develop predictive models and analytics to forecast workforce trends and outcomes. Interpret and present complex data analyses to HR, senior leaders, and other stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

  • Consulting: Lead complex people analytics projects from hypothesis development through insight delivery while providing ongoing consultative support to stakeholder groups on data-driven insights, project ROI, and recommendations by leveraging our tools and data. Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

  • Data Management & Governance: Establish and maintain robust data governance practices by partnering with HRIS, HR business partners, and IT to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.

  • Project Management: Lead and participate in People Analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data initiatives and improve data quality and accessibility.

  • Capability Building: Educate key stakeholders on the strategic benefits of people analytics, building their data fluency to sustain data-driven decision-making. Continue to build knowledge on the team and stay apprised on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in people analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation in data insights strategies. Provide mentorship and support to analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 5-7 years of experience in Data analysis and visualization, Consulting and storytelling

  • Master’s degree strongly preferred in I-O psychology, data science, statistics, business analytics, HR management, or related quantitative field (with 3-5 years of experience)

  • Microsoft Excel (with VBA as a plus)

  • Data analysis tools (i.e. R, Python, etc.)

  • Data visualization tools (i.e. Visier, Qlik, MS Power BI)

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Data Preparation Tools (i.e. Alteryx, MS Access, SQL Databases)

  • Strong understanding of HR data and HR employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DE&I, employee listening, etc.)

  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion

  • Familiarity with inferential statistics techniques (e.g., correlation, regression) and how they apply in context

  • Detail orientation

  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to leverage multiple data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions

  • Desire to learn new skills/technologies

Targeted Pay Range: $67,100.00 - $109,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
