Job description

Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

Figma Product Managers are highly collaborative self-starters who push their teams to build amazing experiences for all our users. We have a diverse range of experiences and expertise and love learning from each other. Across all product areas, successful Figma PMs thrive on solving hard problems, considering every detail, and achieving ambitious goals. If this sounds like you, come join us!

We are hiring PM’s across our pillars supporting the product development of design, developer, and collaboration tools, and horizontal teams supporting areas such as AI, monetization and growth, technical platform, and more.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:
  • Identify opportunities to evolve Figma’s core products, as well as grow our product suite
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
  • Partner with Product leadership, Design, and Engineering to set strategy, and define long term vision for your product area
  • Drive execution of product strategy by building effective roadmaps and motivating cross functional teams around a shared vision for success
  • Grow your career in an engaged, creative, and thoughtful community
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • 4+ years of professional experience building and shipping user-facing software features and products, or platforms that power multiple features
  • Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams through the product development process
  • Experience delivering high quality product solutions that drive significant impact
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
  • Demonstrated experience building design or developer tools, or the platforms that support them
  • Entrepreneurial experience or instincts
  • The ability to communicate at all levels--from coaching folks earlier in career to executive stakeholder management
  • An affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor, and ‘run with it’ mentality
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
