About Paired

At Paired, we’re on a mission to help couples stay in love. So we created a fun, safe, and award-winning app for couples who are already in love to explore their relationship, get to know one another in new ways, and ultimately grow together.

Our expert-backed questions, games and quizzes are designed to improve key relationship skills in just a few minutes each day. Because we know love is more than a feeling - it’s a choice that you have to make over and over again.

About The Role

Are you passionate about what makes people stop, think, and engage with marketing campaigns, especially on social media? Do you enjoy uncovering why certain trends resonate with audiences and how to transform those insights into standout content? If you’re excited by the idea of creating visuals that capture attention, writing copy that connects emotionally, and staying ahead of the latest trends, this role is for you!

As a Creative Marketing Manager at Paired, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing team’s efforts to drive paid user acquisition. You’ll work closely with the Performance and Creative Marketing teams to help produce high-quality, performance-driven creatives and supercharge our acquisition efforts across channels such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Influencers and Content Marketing. Your responsibilities will include conducting competitor research, analysing and adapting social media trends, developing creative briefs that are optimised for different channels and tailored to meet customer needs, and ensuring the production process runs efficiently.

This is a unique opportunity to bring a product loved by millions of couples to the mainstream.

  • Develop creative briefs for motion, UGC, and static concepts
  • Write ad copies and hooks using engaging buzzwords that resonate with the target audience
  • Analyse creative tests’ results to refine the strategies and document findings, supporting a test-and-learn approach
  • Collaborate with internal content and marketing teams to leverage successful app features and campaign insights in our creative strategy across regions and channels
  • Support scouting UGC creators for Paid and Brand purposes
  • Identify and implement innovative tools and methods to optimise the effectiveness of the creative process

  • In depth-knowledge of the steps required in creative development processes
  • Track records of finding creative successes for paid acquisition campaigns
  • A creative mind that can devise unique conceptual ideas to pitch our product
  • Experience writing ads’ copies that can address various target audiences
  • Skilled in leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to inform and refine creative concepts
  • Good understanding and experience with Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube
  • Research skills, and ability to spot and adapt trends to inform creative directions
  • A valid EU or UK passport or working permit (no sponsorship requirements)

Nice to have:

  • Deep understanding of U.S. consumer behaviour, communication styles, and digital trends

Benefits
