As a Strategic Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d) at traceless, you will be responsible for expanding and scaling our international supply chains for compostable biomaterials. Your core mission is to develop forward-looking supply strategies for our primary raw materials and implement profitable distribution concepts for our by-products. You will establish strategic partnerships with future key suppliers and help build a robust and secure supply chain to achieve our ambitious goal: replacing conventional, petroleum-based plastics on a large scale.
With your extensive experience in international supply chain management, ideally within the agribusiness sector, and a strong network among leading raw material suppliers, you bring the expertise and connections we need. Your negotiation skills and determination make you the ideal candidate to help position traceless as the market leader in compostable biomaterials.

Your responsibilities with us:
- You will develop long-term strategies for tracelessâs international supply chain for primary raw materials and define the distribution strategy for our by-products, ensuring sustainable and competitive sourcing.
- You will qualify strategic suppliers in the field of agricultural raw materials. Based on your strategy, you will manage relationship building with key suppliers and lead collaborations to success â from initial contact through supplier qualification to contract negotiation.
- You will secure a continuous and profitable supply for our future industrial traceless facilities, ensuring that supply chains meet the highest quality and sustainability standards.
- You will continuously expand our international network of suppliers and by-product customers, working closely with the traceless team, especially with senior management, operations, supply chain management, product development, and sales.
- You will bring market and supplier insights into the company and derive innovation potentials and strategic recommendations for company development to position traceless as a leader in the compostable biomaterials industry.
