Indirect Procurement Intern

GBS (Global Business Services) works closely with Procurement and other partners to deliver excellent user experiences, sustainable results, and impactful improvements. Focused on detail and driven to find value, procurement experts know how to source the key components for our innovations. Our team’s expertise strengthens the procurement function, driving growth, increasing profitability, and creating long-term value for Philips.

Your role

  • Verification of documentation provided by the control executors against the standards.

  • Root cause analysis of selected problems with invoice processing.

  • Support in development of the performance dashboards and

You're the right fit if

  • You're a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor’s studies.

  • You are fluent in English (at least B2)   

  • You are available to work at least 25 – 40 hours/week

  • You have basic knowledge level of Excel and Word 

  • You have an eye for detail.
