As a Legal Product Owner, you will lead and manage an Agile Squad, overseeing the development of the product roadmap, managing the backlog, and ensuring the delivery of business value. You will act as the voice of the stakeholders, translating their needs into actionable features and user stories.

Your Key missions:

  • Demand Management: You will gather new demands, integrate them into the backlog, and translate them into features and user stories.
  • Backlog Management: You will prioritize the product backlog, manage risks and interdependencies with other squads, and facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: You will contribute to product vision definition, lead product build, manage agile squad delivery, and track product performance and value realization.
  • Product Catalog Management: You will ensure the latest version and consistency between the product and service catalog and the overall product portfolio.
  • Incident Management: You will lead L2/L3 incident investigation, diagnosis, and resolution.
  • Resource Management: You will estimate resource forecasts, adjust the roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability, and report on actual resource utilization.
  • IT Financial Management: You will provide product roadmap and backlog, oversee funding, perform variance analysis, and track product ROI and costs.

The Product(s) You Will Work On / The Team You Will Work With:
You will own Legal and Other Corporate topics in the Tech function, delivering modern technologies to cover Contract Management, Compliance Management, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Data Privacy and regulatory requirements.

As the Global Product Owner, you will ensure that all entities are leveraging the global product capabilities, and you will support the proximity teams when specific requirements might be needed.

You will act as a liaison between legal teams, Tech proximity teams worldwide, product development teams, and other stakeholders. Ensure that all parties are informed about legal and other corporate capabilities and facilitate smooth communication to align product development with business standards and expectations.

  • You have strong negotiation and mediation skills to manage complex environments.
