Job description

As a Finance Executive, you'll ensure the accurate and timely recording and reconciliation of the financial transactions of the company, including the administration of leader money and accounts. You'll handle diverse tasks such as following up on accounts payables, receipting outside suppliers and managing trip costs for our Leaders. You'll also be involved in bank reconciliations, while ensuring timely trip payments and accuracy of leader accounts. You'll also conduct spot audits and correspond with leaders on the ground & Operations Manager for any issues that arise.

 

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in New Delhi, India (hybrid).
 

A bit about you:

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable and/or other accounts functions
  • Degree in Commerce
  • Knowledge of GST & TDS procedures.
  • Ability to communicate in English (written & verbal)
  • Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in the use of accounting packages (preferably D365)
