Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at a gaming company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through the identification of business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the gaming industry and experienced in B2B sales and account management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic clients in the gaming B2B industry.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of our gaming solutions and services to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Monitor client performance and satisfaction, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account management or sales, ideally within the gaming or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming B2B landscape, with knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
