Description

WTWH Media is seeking an eager and motivated B2B Media/ sales professional with measured success in developing new sales and managing existing accounts. The position is responsible for driving revenue in the Healthcare product suite to develop a pipeline of new clients in each respective industry, field inbound inquiries and grow existing accounts. 


This position requires someone who is ambitious, self-motivated, energetic and demonstrates strong initiative and is an experience sales representative comfortable selling online advertising, custom content, webinars, newsletters, and lead generation products. Job requires the ability to communicate effectively via email and in person through utilizing Power Point and other multi-media presentations. The candidate should possess strong business development skills, high standards for professionalism and quality, excellent account management and organizational skills, and have a growth mindset. They should also possess the ability work both independently and directly with team members, as well as build strong relationships with other departments in the company and collaborate with them.


The ideal candidate does not have to have a healthcare sales background, but must have a keen interest in marketing strategies and tactics specific to supporting and helping customers develop comprehensive print and online media programs to grow their business. They should not be afraid to delve into technical topics or learn new industries. The sales process is relationship oriented with high level of accountability expected. This is a full-time, salaried position with commission opportunities and the ability to work remotely. Travel is required to industry events and meeting with clients and prospects (Approx. 20%).


Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the first point of entry / contact for the sales department on the assigned brand(s), answering incoming calls and general email inquiries as necessary
  • Conduct outbound calling and emails into vertical market targets
  • Work with vertical brand leaders and management on cross-vertical proposals and account relationships as required
  • Maintain and nurture leads and directed and within designated timeframes within CRM System
  • On-board and follow up of deliverables upon executed engagement agreements / projects
  • Assess lead quality and schedule appointments with prospect as appropriate
  • Coordinate with accounting team on invoicing and other billing/receivable matters
  • Conduct research that supports the development of the sales pipeline, such as performing company searches or gathering client or market trend information; stay updated with the industry and with new products and services
  • Communicate feedback from leads and customers as appropriate within the organization
  • Support management, events, marketing and custom content teams as needed
  • Create engagement letter and follow up with customer as required for project requirements and order status
  • Identify and respond to problems with clients and suggesting recommendations to management for a resolution
  • Prepare and engage in weekly/monthly sales reporting and meetings
Requirements
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success
  • College degree (preferred) or certificate in sales/marketing
  • Committed to sales and revenue growth and exceptional service to clients
  • Strong judgement and high standards as a sales professional
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking and organized approach to tasks and record-keeping
  • Professionalism in personality, appearance, and work product
  • Ability to set goals and execute to meet deadlines while maintaining integrity in the process
  • Positive attitude, ability to quickly build rapport with clients and team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in outbound phone sales
  • Proven ability to work independently/individually and to work on small teams
  • Quick learner and ability to adapt in a fast paced, growing environment
  • Strong negotiating skills and experience using a consultative, solution-based sales system
  • Hands on experience with CRM software ; advanced knowledge/expertise using MS office and/or Google Suite
  • Basic understanding of sales performance metrics
