We are looking for a Senior Bilingual Recruiter (English-Spanish) with more than 5 years of experience recruiting for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Satisfaction positions at managerial levels. The ideal candidate will have experience working remotely and excel at identifying and attracting top-tier talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for managerial positions.
  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sources and strategies.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand specific position requirements.
  • Implement innovative recruitment practices to enhance hiring quality.
  • Maintain and update a database of potential candidates.
