We’re seeking a Mid-Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with proven leadership experience who shares our commitment to reshaping the e-commerce industry. If you’re an autonomous, detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to translate business requirements into innovative and robust UI/UX designs, and you have experience leading teams to success, we would be thrilled to have you on our team. This role involves working closely with both technical and business teams in a fast-paced, engaging work environment.
What you will do
Implement visual elements into various web applications, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Create prototypes, mockups, and staging sites for review and feedback.
Optimize websites and applications to ensure fast loading speeds.
Maintain and enhance websites and applications, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Identify and troubleshoot website issues and coding problems.
Collaborate with the application team to improve functionality and user-friendliness consistently.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the industry and technology trends.
Work within AWS and interact with PostgreSQL databases.

Requirements
5+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
A portfolio showcasing past work and projects.
Proven experience leading a team of engineers.
Proficiency in interpreting and implementing web designs from Figma.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, business teams, and other internal stakeholders.
Proven problem-solving skills with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.
Good to have
Tailwind CSS experience.
Experience working in early-stage startups or on personal projects.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.
