Position Summary

Precision animal health tools and management software can help improve producers’ decision making, right down to the level of the individual animal, to maximize health and well-being, performance and sustainability across livestock farming operations.
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven marketer to drive growth of our Precision Animal Health portfolio. As the Livestock Brand Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, promotion, and implementation for all global beef and dairy genetics, and digital software marketing. You will partner closely with the Livestock Sales organization to identify key sales enablement objectives and deliver a marketing roadmap to support these objectives. You will also provide marketing support to key global livestock genetics markets, creating localized strategies that drive portfolio adoption and accelerate revenue. You’ll work with agencies, contractors, and internal channel managers to execute your roadmap while partnering with the broader organization’s resourcing to unlock alignment and broad portfolio growth.
The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative with a deep expertise in the livestock industry.
Position Responsibilities
- Deliver marketing roadmap that addresses sales enablement and brand position objectives and drives measurable impact.
- Shape brand strategy and value proposition for global product lines across beef and dairy genetics and precision animal health portfolio.
- Develop customer insights across priority segments, and champion customer centricity in organizational decision making and communications.
- Deploy marketing budget to unlock marketing roadmap and hit objectives, optimizing the program’s return on investment
Organizational Relationships
• Leverage internal contractors and channel managers to run tests and validate hypotheses for growth and scaling opportunities.
• Set objectives and define key projects for agency partners, managing these partnerships to create effective deliverables.
• Support global marketing teams in delivering localized, impactful campaigns that accelerate our global footprint
• Partner with Data and Digital Experience, Sales, Technical Services, and Key Account Management to advance the genetics portfolio understanding, cohesion, and adoption throughout the customer lifecycle

Accountable for lead generation + sales enablement targets
Supervision
Will be responsible for supervision of external vendors and contractors.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years experience in a marketing leadership role (or similar experience) in livestock and/or animal health
- Or advanced degree (MBA), with 4-8 years experience in a marketing leadership role in livestock and/or animal health
Technical skills and requirements
• Experience delivering marketing programs that drive measurable sales enablement
• Full funnel marketing exposure across a variety of channels (PR, CRM, Digital Advertising, Event Marketing, etc)
• Analytical skills and ability to run clean and informative hypothesis-driven tests
• Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing marketing performance across the full marketing funnel
• Uses clear prioritization frameworks to create a roadmap of impactful marketing initiatives
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
