Responsibilities

  • Pioneer AI-assisted lead generation using cutting-edge tools like Telescope, analyzing and qualifying leads to fuel business growth
  • Craft and implement tailored outreach campaigns that resonate with potential clients, showcasing your creativity and communication skills
  • Drive social media management efforts, focusing on audience growth and engagement across relevant platforms
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and maximize marketing impact
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, leveraging automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee document management, ensuring all materials align with new branding guidelines and maintain a professional image
  • Cultivate and maintain professional communication with business owner clients and prospects, serving as a key point of contact
Requirements
  • Proven track record as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with business owners and executives
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management and audience growth strategies across various platforms
  • Solid understanding of email marketing principles and automation techniques
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to and master new software tools and technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
  • Passion for supporting small businesses and contributing to their growth and success
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Experience with AI-driven tools and data analysis is a plus
