Summary:
As a Demand Generation Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to generate and nurture leads for our business. Your primary duties will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing:
    Manage and grow our email database.
    Create and send targeted email campaigns.
    Track and analyze email performance metrics.
    Segment email lists to optimize campaigns.
  • Lead Generation:
    Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
    Identify and target potential leads.
    Track and measure lead generation efforts.
  • Copywriting (preference)
    Write compelling copy for emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
    Edit and proofread content for clarity and consistency.
  • Social Media Management (Basic):
    Assist with managing social media channels.
    Create and schedule social media posts.
    Engage with followers and respond to comments.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
