Job Title: Molder
Division: Weir ESCO
Location: Newton
Onsite/Shift: 3rd shift
Purpose of Role: Responsible for performing all aspects of molding, including producing molds using daily schedules. They are to assure correct patterns and pattern ID’s are used. They are required to calibrate, operate and perform preventative maintenance on the continuous mixer to assure quality molds are produced, for setting cores in the cope and drag, operating equipment and computers to process the molds to the next station in a correct and timely manner.

- Retrieve and inspect the correct pattern per the schedule
- Operate the sand mixer to fill the mold
- Control equipment that will pick up and flip the molds
- Place cores in the molds correctly
Operate mobile equipment
