The Investment Analyst is responsible for processing documents related to manufacturing changes, requisitions, and billing. The role also involves project planning, resolving billing issues, and organizing reports and meeting minutes. Experience in Finance/Accounting, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with systems like MEDDS and SAP are required, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process documents such as manufacturing changes, requisitions, and debit memos.
  • Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Assets Under Construction (AUC).
  • Update planning elements and perform project reconciliations.
  • Resolve billing issues and maintain billing workflows.
  • Download and store reports, as well as record investment meeting minutes.
  • Manage the year-end accrual process.
  • Work on special projects assigned by the Project Cost Specialist.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in Finance/Accounting
  • Experience with systems such as SAP and MEDDS
  • Proficiency in project management tools (PSAP)
  • Knowledge of billing processes and workflows
  • Management of reports and databases
  • Analysis and reconciliation of financial projects
  • Advanced English
