Job description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our team. As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and revenue to contribute to the growth of PayJunction's business. You will work closely with the Marketing, Sales & Revenue Operations teams to align efforts and leverage data and analytics to measure and improve performance through various channels.

Location

PayJunction takes a Flex First approach to work environments. This means that our team members can choose to work from our Santa Barbara office or remotely from home. Responsibilities

  • Execute demand generation strategies that align with marketing and overall business objectives and revenue goals
  • Work with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager to set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation targets, both in terms of quantity and quality
  • Work closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager in conjunction with the paid agency to ensure we are optimizing our investment and paid spend ROI
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create integrated sales and marketing strategies and align on key areas like lead handoff processes, lead scoring and SLAs
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and the ROI of campaigns 
  • Implement and optimize lead nurture workflows and strategies to engage and educate leads throughout the sales funnel
  • Monitor and analyze demand generation metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Work closely with marketing and RevOps teams to ensure seamless data flow and attribution models, along with data integrity and accuracy

 Qualifications                                               

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in demand generation, growth marketing and/or digital marketing at a B2B company with 2 of those in a SaaS or Payments company
  • Experience with ISVs/developers and/or merchants a plus
  • Experience working on marketing teams with under 10 members
  • Proven experience with campaign execution and management
  • Strong understanding of analytics and reporting
  • Experience working with and supporting sales teams 
  • Familiarity with: 
    • Marketing Automation 
    • Salesforce
    • Outreach (or similar tool) 
  • Third party vendor management
  • Experience optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (i.e. Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests to optimize landing pages, email campaigns and other digital assets for better conversion rates
  • Demonstrated ability building marketing email campaigns
  • Proficient in project management tools (i.e JIRA, Trello Asana, Monday.com)
  • Comfortable working on a Mac

The base salary range for this role is $100-120k/year plus our Total Reward Benefit package..  Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: education, experience, skills and qualifications.
