Marketing at Curai
We are looking for a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to join the Marketing team at Curai Health. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel strategies to drive demand and generate qualified leads for Curai’s virtual care services, primarily in the health plan, TPA, and health system segments. This role sits within the Growth team at Curai and you will be the third full-time member of a growing marketing team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, sales operations, client success, and business development.

What You’ll Do
 •Own the strategy and execution of lead and demand generation marketing programs and campaigns targeting
 Curai’s enterprise account segments. Tactics may include:
 • Paid media, including LinkedIn, Display/Native, SEM, and Direct Buys
 • Hubspot email nurture
 • Events/conferences
 • Webinars
 • Landing page optimization
 • Content marketing
 • SEO
 • Account-based marketing (ABM)
 • Utilize Hubspot automation and tools to build lists, track leads, nurture prospects through 12+ month cycles, and
 measure campaign performance.
 • Lead reporting and analysis on marketing programs, ensuring alignment with goals and continuous optimization
 based on data-driven insights. Utilize data to inform and guide marketing programs and spending decisions.

What You’ll Need
 • 4+ years of demand generation marketing experience, ideally selling healthcare services to enterprise-level
 accounts.
 • 4+ years of experience directly managing ad platforms and audience building.
 • Experience with CRM systems, lead management processes, and complex sales signals, with additional
 consideration for experience with ABM tools.
 • Strong quantitative skills in analyzing marketing data to leverage insights that drive decision-making.

This position's annual base salary range is between $130,000 and $160,000 annually. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, and they increase your overall compensation package significantly based on company success. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
