Job Description Summary

*** This position must be located in Overland Park, KS; Bellevue, WA; Frisco, TX; Herndon, VA or Denver, CO. This is not a remote role, this is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.***

Responsible for supporting the operations focused organization with continuous improvement initiatives applying a broad range of data sources, analytical methods, and business approaches to deliver actionable recommendations to leaders and partners.

A Sr Operational Insights Manager has broad expertise and deep knowledge of the relationship between our customers and frontline and uses a variety of skills (technical, presentation, communication, etc.) to contribute to the development of company initiatives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Provide analytical support (including analytical systems development) by dissecting and structuring a wide range of complex business problems, extracting, and analyzing data from a variety of sources, utilizing facts/data to derive a conclusion, and constructing presentations that distill complex analytical findings into communications that are intended to inform and influence decisions related to policy, procedure, and business practices.
  • Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
  • Responsible for identifying operational opportunities to improve customer experience and reduce cost to serve, initiating and leading cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Quantitative, Business or computer-related field such as mathematics, econometrics, statistics, operations research, or computer science. (Required)

  • More than 10 years related analyst work experience. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $94,900 - $171,100

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
