The Role
As a Senior Customer Engagement Delivery Manager for Iberia and UK, you will be responsible for:
1. Client Management: Regularly meeting with clients to ensure project quality, address improvement areas, and maintain strong communication and relation.
2. Team Leadership for up to 300 people: Supporting and engaging employees through growth, training, and collaboration with HR and with Coordinators and Team leaders for recruitment and team updates.
3. P&L, Profit and Budgeting: Managing budgets, ensuring profitability, and allocating resources effectively to meet company targets.
You’ll also help align global strategies with local teams, ensuring everyone is working toward the same goals.
About You
- 5+ years of experience managing contact centers or customer satisfaction projects (automotive experience is a plus).
- Strong background in team management (teams at least up to 50 people).
- Expertise in process improvement and lean methods.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish (C1/native) and English (C1/business level).
- Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial targets.
- You have relevant experience as a PM in automotive industry, a certification in Project Management (COPC or similar) is a plus.
