Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 10 AM- 7 PM Utah Time includes 1h unpaid break.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy before uploading them into the payment system
  • Coordinate financial operations between different business units and joint venture partners
  • Maintain and update QuickBooks records for various projects and entities
  • Create and manage cash flow projections and forward-facing account ledgers
  • Reconcile accounts and review monthly P&L statements
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including AP, AR, and payroll
  • Track and organize financial documentation for multiple projects and business entities
  • Support the creation and maintenance of financial checklists and processes


Requirements


  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Excel skills
  • Experience with cash flow projections and financial planning
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in the entertainment or event industry preferred
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Has knowledge of using Excel/Google Docs and QB.
