Technical Product Manager- SAST

Description

We are seeking a talented Technical Product Manager with expertise in security to join our growing Product Management team. You will have the opportunity to revolutionize the application security landscape using innovative AI-based and algorithmic approaches with our cloud-based security platform. Your work will empower the world's largest and most demanding enterprises to significantly reduce their security risks. 

You will lead our detection and remediation engineering teams, prioritizing their efforts to support the analysis of new programming languages and expand the coverage of existing ones. As a strong partner to the engineers, you will leverage your deep security expertise to develop new concepts that significantly enhance the accuracy of our SAST (Static Application Security Testing) detection and remediation engines. Collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams, you will turn these concepts into reality.

***Location: Remote (Home Office) – Poland***

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize support for various programming languages, frameworks, and critical security weaknesses (CWEs).
• Understand market requirements and translate them into product requirements and user stories for prioritized features across multiple teams and feature sets.
• Initiate and drive engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with product goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer during feature development to ensure needs and expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal product documentation and release notes.
• Define, measure, and report on key performance metrics for product features.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts, constraints, and milestones to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Serve as the internal expert on all features you manage, providing guidance and support to teams as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• +3 years of hands-on experience as a software developer.
• +2 years of experience in the application security domain.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management -Big advantage.
• Strong understanding of SAST (Static Application Security Testing) tools and methodologies.
• High level of detail orientation with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus
