SUMMARY: Dynamic and visionary Director of Communities & School Programs to lead the development and expansion of our community products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for education, community building, and technology.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow community programs nationally.
- Program Development: Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of community and school
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for products and enhancements to existing programs.
- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, educational organizations, and community groups.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of community managers
- Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure community programs are providing a unique value proposition to customers.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for community programs
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure programs meet their needs.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of programs and products.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 2 - 7 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Track record of successfully capturing organic market share in previous products and programs.
- Experience in program/community development
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills. Excellent
- Innovative thinker, results-oriented, and passionate about community building and education
- Management experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $102,088.00-$237,644.40. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
