Job description

In 2025, we are significantly expanding our geographic presence and building regional teams responsible for increasing market share in their areas.

To achieve this, we are looking for a strong leader to take charge of the entire APAC region and manage the local team focused on direct sales and partnerships.

You will have full resources, a dedicated team of 6 people, your own marketing and PR budget, and support from the best product team in the industry to dominate your region.

P2P.org already has a strong presence in the Asian market, serving as a staking partner for companies like Matrixport, ByBit, OKX, Bitget, BingX, and many of the largest VC funds.

Responsibilities

You will 🚀

  • Lead strategic growth and performance across APAC, owning regional sales, revenue, and market share while reporting directly to the CCO

  • Build and scale high-performing sales and partnerships teams

  • Oversee and optimize regional budget allocation

  • Strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients

  • Drive the acquisition of key strategic clients and partners

  • Manage the regional marketing budget and shape marketing activities directly

  • Enjoy full freedom to propose new ideas and secure investment to bring them to life

Requirements

  • Based in Singapore or Hong Kong full-time

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or partnerships

  • At least 2 years working in the crypto space

  • Proven success in B2B enterprise sales

  • Hands-on experience hiring, onboarding, and managing direct sales or channel partnerships teams
