    • Serve as the primary administrator for Rippling, managing system configurations, workflows, user permissions, and integrations.
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality to meet the evolving needs of the business.
    • Develop and deliver user training and support to ensure teams can effectively utilize Greenhouse.
  • Process Optimization and Project Management:
    • Lead projects to improve HR processes, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency, scalability, and an improved employee experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data with other business systems, ensuring a holistic view of workforce data.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, with a deep understanding of system administration, configuration, and integration.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements such as GDPR and best practices in data governance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear, impactful recommendations.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for using data to drive decision-making and improve processes.
