The Training Facilitator & Employee Engagement Manager will design, coordinate, and facilitate professional development programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Implement and monitor the success of e-learning, virtual, and in-person training sessions.
- Collaborate across the organization to identify training needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Prepare/design, and facilitate Spotlight sessions
- Create and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, retention, and satisfaction.
- Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and events that foster a positive company culture.
- Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement leadership training programs to develop management and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in employee training, development, and engagement roles.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This role is based in our Needham, MA location with a hybrid work schedule to come into the office 1-2 days per week. We will consider remote candidates in a US approved location (preferably in the East Coast).

At IDG, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. We pay our employees equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $100,000 and $120,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable). Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
