About the role

The Senior IT Systems Administrator is critical to the success of the service level of IT at Two Chairs. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology infrastructure,  the day-to-day support of our clinicians and our HQ end-users, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring network security, and managing essential software applications. You will serve as the go-to expert, providing technical support to Two Chairs employees and collaborating with cross-functional teams and clinical, to ensure that IT initiatives are aligned with our business goals.

Core Areas of Responsibility:

Execution Excellence

  • Design and implement Identity Management architecture solutions that meet business needs and integrate with existing system architectures.
  • Manage SAML and OAuth integrations for single sign-on (SSO) capabilities across the organization
  • Perform routine audits of systems and software, applying patches and updates as required.
  • Maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VPN, cisco devices and security protocols. 
  • Manage Two Chairs’ domains and  sub-domains in Cloudflare
  • Manage, review and implement new DNS records in cloudflare
  • Track third party who are sending emails to Two Chairs via DMARC management
  • Act as point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and troubleshooting for Clinicians and HQ 
  • Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, permissions setup, and equipment provisioning/retrieval. 
  • Manage company laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment, including tracking, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 
  • Administer user access to various tools and systems such as Google Workspace, Rippling, Zoom, Slack, and other platforms. Ensure proper permissions are granted and updated as needed. 
  • Work with compliance, security and legal to develop and monitor IT and information security policies and platforms to ensure compliance and data security.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for services like IT security, managed IT services, or other support as needed. 
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization. 
  • Tool & System Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of our IT tools and systems, making recommendations for enhancements when necessary.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience administering and managing MDM solutions for both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Proficient in using Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools like Okta and Google Workspace
  • Proven ability to automate complex and repetitive tasks using infrastructure as code and Google workspace Workflows, Bettercloud and other platforms
  • Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Workspace environments, including user administration, security, and automation, to support organizational scalability and efficiency
  • Knowledge of federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and the ability to implement federated identity solutions.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain network performance using advanced tools
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting DLP
  • Experience configuring context aware access
  • Experience with scripting and automation: Python or Powershell and Terraform as Bonus

  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical colleagues.

Compensation 

The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $130,000 - $170,000 annually. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $130,000 - $145,000. Placement in this range is based on qualifications and experience.
