In this role, you’ll dive into the technical details of CRM and Customer Success applications, working closely with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) and stakeholders across the organization. Together, you’ll build, configure, and integrate solutions that streamline processes, ensure smooth data flows, and maximize user adoption.
