Job description

Enavate is seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our innovative team. The Digital & Marketing Automation Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and effectiveness of our marketing strategies. This individual will primarily be responsible for the lead entry, driving our marketing automation processes, and creating insightful reports. They will work closely with Marketing & Sales to optimize our lead-to-customer conversion processes.

Working hours: US working hours (approx. from 3 PM to 12 AM Kyiv time)
Report to: Marketing Leader
POD: Growth, Marketing
Location: Ukraine (remote)



Your day will consist of:

  • Marketing Automation:
    • Set up, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using our marketing automation platform.
    • Develop and maintain automated marketing campaigns, lead scoring models, and nurture programs.
    • Ensure all marketing tools and technologies are integrated properly for enhanced conversation rates.
    • Ensure seamless integration and alignment between CRM and marketing automation platforms.
    • Maintain data integrity within the CRM and marketing automation platforms, managing contact lists, and segmenting data for targeted marketing activities
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze marketing metrics to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Apply insights from research to refine digital marketing strategies and marketing automation tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Additionally, there may be some administrative duties required - these tasks will be assigned on an as-needed basis.

 

Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:

  • Advanced English Level
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
