ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role requires the candidate to be based in Lithuania and involves joining an exciting project in the financial industry. You will work with a dedicated team, focusing on treasury system support and contributing to impactful initiatives within the sector.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations for cash management, liquidity oversight, and FX management via the Treasury management system, ensuring that the activities align with compliance and internal governance standards.
Provide comprehensive support for treasury system functionalities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and identifying opportunities for system improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Perform detailed analyses of liquidity management and cash flow data to support forecasting and enhance decision-making processes.
Clearly present critical treasury-related information to management, ensuring alignment with compliance and governance frameworks.
Contributing to cross-functional projects and ensuring the integration of treasury best practices.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of treasury processes and support activities while contributing to the training of team members on system usage and updates.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure system stability, reliability, and performance.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Proven ability to manage and optimize Treasury management system for cash management, FX exposure management, liquidity oversight, and safeguarding operations.
Hands-on experience in providing comprehensive support for Treasury system, ensuring prompt issue resolution, system troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
Experience working directly with banking partners to ensure accurate and timely settlement of trades, as well as resolving operational issues.
Ability to maintain and update documentation for Treasury management system, ensuring clarity and consistency in system usage, procedures, and updates.
Knowledge of compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements relevant to treasury management.
Ability to identify and implement improvements to Treasury management system processes and configurations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and changing business requirements.
