Location: Hybrid in Paris, France or London, UK

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across various channels. They will work closely with the marketing team to set campaign objectives, target audience, and budget, and use data analysis to optimize campaigns and drive performance. They will be responsible for a mix of regional and global campaigns.

Your mission @Aircall:
  • Lead the planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Set campaign objectives, target audience, and budget
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce
  • Stay on top of the ad spend and deliver a strong return on investment while adhering to allocated budgets
  • Manage purchase orders and forward invoices from the ad platforms to the finance team accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and vendor agreements
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, drive performance, and maximize ROAS
  • Align closely with marketing and sales stakeholders on performance marketing initiatives and forecast outcomes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities for growth and experimentation
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

  • A little more about you:
  • Knowledge of paid acquisition channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and growing expertise in one.
  • Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools
  • Creation of ad content
  • A/B testing mindset
  • Ability to audit accounts and make recommendations
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS is a must
  • Language proficiency in French, Spanish, and/or German is a plus
