Job description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Inventory Specialist. This role involves managing e-commerce marketplace operations by maintaining accurate inventory levels, creating and updating product listings, and resolving submission errors using Excel templates and backend platforms. It also requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, addressing discrepancies, and monitoring listings to promptly resolve issues


Salary: Up to Php 70,000 depending on experience

The Requirements:

  • 2+  years of experience in e-commerce or operations
  • Proficiency with Excel, including using templates, sorting, and managing data accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring smooth communication with team members.

The Role:

  • Manage and update inventory levels across e-commerce marketplaces using Excel templates, ensuring accurate product availability and preventing stockouts.
  • Build and maintain product listings on e-commerce marketplaces, including inputting product details, pricing, and descriptions in Excel templates.
  • Troubleshoot and see through resolution of product build submission errors in marketplace back end platforms.
  • Update shipment information through templates to keep order and delivery statuses accurate across platforms, ensuring timely and reliable information for customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies, manage product updates, and ensure seamless marketplace operations.
  • Regularly monitor marketplace listings to identify and resolve any issues, such as incorrect data, out-of-stock items, or delayed shipments.
