Computer Vision Engineer

This is a remote position.

Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a Computer Vision Engineer to join their project in Poland or Hungary.

The Opportunity

  We are looking for a computer vision engineer to join our team in developing a factory floor

analytics SaaS product. This would be a fast-paced role and the person will get an opportunity to

develop an industrial grade solution from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities:  

• Working with the team to research, develop, evaluate and optimize various computer vision and deep learning models for different problems.
  

• Setup end-end Deep Learning pipeline for data ingestion, preparation, model training, validation and deployment
  

• Tune the models to achieve high accuracy rates and minimum latency
  

• Work with the engineering team and integrate the DL pipeline to the rest of the system
  

• Deploying developed computer vision models on edge devices after optimization to meet customer requirements and maintain them to later improve to address additional customer requirements in future
  

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree.
  

• Understanding about depth and breadth of computer vision and deep learning algorithms.
  

• 3+ years of experience in computer vision and/or deep learning.
  

• Experience in training various DL models for object detection, object tracking, image segmentation, etc.
  

• Experience in building entire deep learning pipelines from scratch (data preparation, training, validation, inferencing, integration, etc)
  

• Experience in deploying computer vision solutions on edge devices such as Nvidia Jetson
  

• Experience with any machine/deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras and PyTorch.
  

• Experience in training models through GPU computing using NVIDIA CUDA or on cloud.
  

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
