Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s growth strategy, engaging with C-suite executives in the education sector. This role demands a strategic approach to B2B sales, where you’ll leverage your experience and relationship-building skills to create high-value opportunities. You’ll be instrumental in driving the adoption of our transformative software solutions across educational institutions. This position offers a unique blend of autonomy and collaboration, allowing you to develop your business acumen while contributing to the evolution of education technology.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with C-level prospects in educational institutions
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector
  • Articulate our complex software solutions’ value proposition to potential clients
  • Set up strategic meetings between prospects and senior sales team members
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of sales approaches tailored to the education sector


Requirements
  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise software or EdTech
  • Proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives
  • Strong relationship-building skills and strategic communication abilities
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise software sales cycles
  • Familiarity with the Australian education sector and its technological needs
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
