The HR Assistant provides a range of administrative services that support the employee lifecycle. The role will assist in the effective and accurate monitoring and application of Tribal’s HR transactional procedures and will contribute to ensuring that our employees have a positive experience throughout their journey working with Tribal.


Your key responsibilities are to:

  • To administer and process a range of end-to-end transactional processes including using a range of HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • To ensure accurate and complete employee records are maintained through the HRIS and electronic filing system.
  • To monitor regular processes, such as Eligibility to Work documents, End of Probation, Fixed Term Contracts, Driver Documentation, and take appropriate action to ensure these
  • are progressed or actioned.
  • To act as the first point of contact for employees with regards to a range of basic employment related queries, providing accurate and timely support and ensuring high levels of customer service at all times, escalating queries that require advice and guidance to the People Advisory team
  • To provide HRIS first line support to users of Employee Self-Service and People Manager portals, ensuring that technical and/or configuration changes are addressed and escalated as required
  • To manage the logistics of the Onboarding sessions for new employees in their first 90 days of employment
  • To administer and manage employee access to learning & development platforms e.g. Linked In Learning, Pluralsight etc under the guidance of the Talent Partner.
  • To contribute to controlling, improving and implementing end to end HR administration processes, such as new starters, onboarding, leavers and contract variations.


Other key role details:

  • Monday to Friday, weekends off
  • Predominantly remote, with quarterly onsite in 5 E-Com, MOA, Pasay
  • Flexible morning shift, with rotating mid shift by week across other HR team members
