Description

Job Overview: As a People Team Intern, you'll dive into the dynamic world of human resources, supporting our commitment to creating a fantastic workplace experience. This remote part-time position offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration for new team members.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Support in HR administrative tasks and projects.
  • Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for creating positive workplace cultures.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Prefer experience in Paycom
