About The Team

We’re looking for self-motivated team members who crave a challenge, are obsessed with moving/monitoring metrics that go up and to the right, and want to work on one of the most loved developer products in the world. This Senior PMM is motivated by driving complex initiatives forward with a balance of speed and analytical rigor. 

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, Pricing, you'll shape how we deliver and capture value across our product portfolio. You'll combine deep customer understanding, market analysis, and business strategy to design and optimize pricing models that drive growth and customer adoption. Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Finance teams, you'll own pricing strategies that balance customer value with business objectives.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead pricing strategy development, including research, analysis, and modeling of pricing scenarios
  • Design and optimize packaging structures that align with customer needs and buying patterns
  • Develop value metrics and pricing frameworks that scale across customer segments
  • Partner with Product to identify monetization opportunities for new features and capabilities
  • Build and maintain pricing tools and sales enablement materials to support deal execution
  • Analyze pricing effectiveness, discount patterns, and package adoption to inform strategy
  • Lead cross-functional pricing changes from strategy through market implementation
  • Design and execute pricing research to validate assumptions and quantify value metrics
Who You Are
  • 8+ years of product marketing, product management or consulting experience
  • MBA or MS in related field preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing pricing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing analysis and financial modeling
  • Experience designing & implementing pricing models in SaaS
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

What Else?

This role is based in the greater San Francisco Bay area, and the reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $124,865 to $208,150, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
