Become a GTM FP&A Finance Intern at Bloomreach! Help us understand the business, make our forecast accurate and improve internal operations.  The work you do will impact many internal departments, supporting our solutions within the e-commerce space, working in one of our Bloomreach offices (Bratislava/Brno) or from home on a part-time basis (20h / week). The salary starts at 7€/hour.

Your job will be:

  • Monthly Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports. Ensure data accuracy and provide insightful analysis to help drive business decisions.
  • Weekly Leadership Support: Prepare weekly financial updates and presentations for the leadership team. Assist in addressing any ad-hoc queries and provide analytical support to ensure leadership has all necessary financial information for strategic planning.
  • Reporting Deck Creation: Design and update financial reporting decks for internal stakeholders. Utilize visual and written communication to clearly convey complex financial data and trends.
  • Financial Systems Management: Work with various financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, Excel, NetSuite, and Salesforce to gather and analyze data. Ensure seamless integration and data consistency across platforms.
  • Accruals and Adjustments: Assist with the management of accruals and adjustments to ensure financial statements are accurate and compliant with accounting principles.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather financial data and insights, ensuring alignment on financial forecasts and operational budgets.

You have the following experience & qualities:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Data oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Online and PowerPoint Online, 
  • Nice to have with financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Nice to have with technical skills such as Python, SQL or WBA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
