We are currently seeking a sales specialist who will be responsible for sale target for designated territory.

This position is part of the PCC sales department located in Osaka and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

・User management in assigned area and search for new customers.

・Collection of customer information (direct/agency)

・Customer negotiation (Pre/After Sales)

・Dealer negotiation (Pre/After Sales)

・Conducting seminars and study sessions

・Order delivery management

・Document creation, forecasting/SFDC input, report creation

The essential requirements for the job include:

・3 years or more of B to B business experience and sales experience preferred; applicants with experience in pharmaceutical and life science industries welcome

・Able to perform well in cooperation with team members.

・Ability to plan and execute action plans on one's own to achieve goals.

・Applicants with a college degree or higher in biology, pharmacy, chemistry, or biotechnology are welcome.

・Business English Beginner

・High level of writing skills in Japanese and communication skills in Japanese

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – Business travel to Kyushu and Shikoku area 2 - 3days/ Month

  • Ordinary car license required

担当地区(九州、中四国、関西の一部)の販売目標ならびに個人目標を達成し、会社の成長に貢献する。

営業能力と経験を活かし、製薬、バイオ関連企業および工業分野の顧客において顧客の課題を理解し、提案営業を行う。目標達成に高いモチベーションを持ち、自己の成長に積極的な姿勢を持つ。

Key Responsibilities:

  • 担当エリアにおけるユーザー管理と新規顧客の探求
  • 顧客情報の収集(直接/代理店)
  • 顧客交渉(Pre/After Sales)
  • 代理店交渉(Pre/After Sales)
  • セミナー、勉強会の実施
  • 受注納品管理
  • 資料作成、フォーキャスティング/SFDC入力、報告書作成

Qualifications:

  • B to Bのビジネス経験、販売経験3年以上が望ましい。
  • 製薬、ライフサイエンス業界経験者 歓迎
  • チームメンバーと協調性をもってパフォーマンスを発揮できる
  • 目標達成に向けて、自らアクションプランを計画し、実行できる能力
  • 大卒以上の生物、薬学、化学、バイオ系の学位取得者歓迎
  • ビジネス英語 初級
  • パソコンスキル(MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 日本語での高い文章作成スキルとコミュニケーションスキル
  • 普通自動車免許必須
