Extenteam, a leading staffing solution for the property management ecosystem, is looking for a Customer Success/Support Administrative Assistant. We work in the vacation rental industry with short—and long-term rental operators and publicly traded companies with their staffing needs. We are the trusted outsourcer for over 190+ clients in the US.
You will join our Customer Success Team and work closely with your US counterparts to ensure that our customers' needs are met.

Extenteam is a rapidly growing staffing company that provides dedicated full-time employees to US-based vacation rental, short-term rental, hospitality, and multi-family operators.
We provide remote workforce solutions for reservations, guest services, accounting, finance, and marketing positions, and the range of these positions is increasing rapidly based on our customers' needs.
Our founder has 12 years of experience as a short-term rental operator. As of October 2024, we serve over 190+ US-based property management companies and have nearly 400 staff members. We work remotely across the US, Mexico, Europe, Latin America, and the Philippines.
About The Position
The Customer Success/Support Administrative Assistant will play a central and essential role in ensuring existing customer needs are met through the ticketing system, ensuring new customers are onboarded in a timely manner, being a liaison between Customer Success and HR, and providing project management and other administrative tasks for the team.
You will know our systems, tools, services, industry, and customers inside and out, doing your part to proactively focus on customer retention and the delivery of quality and professional services.
Initially, this position will report directly to and work closely with the Customer Success Consultant to support the Customer Success team members. This position will work US business hours; though the work is remote, applicants should be based in Metro Manilla.
Requirements

- Experience working for a US/Canadian business-to-business company.
- Strong English communication skills
- You love using a CRM (Hubspot knowledge is a plus) – and are highly organized and detailed.
- Naturally document tasks, due dates, conversations, summaries, etc.
- Love to help those around you succeed at reaching or exceeding their goals
- Are a professional and friendly communicator, focusing on written communication.
- Analytical thinker who loves data.
- Experience with project management and software is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: We are a small company growing quickly. You can make a big impact and grow with the company.
- Naturally curious and a problem solver.
- High aptitude with Google Suite, including being highly proficient with Google Sheets.
- Intercom experience preferred.

Monthly Salary Range: 900 - 1100 USD depending on experience and qualifications, (+ Benefits)
