Job Summary:

 

Lerch Bates Inc is seeking an experienced Parking Consultant to spearhead the development of a new Parking Consulting service offering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Parking Consulting, demonstrate the ability to create innovative Parking consulting IP and deliverables, possess exceptional marketing skills to promote the service nationwide, excel in team building and talent acquisition.

What You’ll Do:

The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed in this position. They are not intended to prescribe or restrict the assignments that management may make.

 

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to establish and grow the Parking Consulting service line within Lerch Bates Inc.
  • Create proprietary Parking consulting IP, deliverables, and methodologies to differentiate Lerch Bates in the market.
  • Lead marketing and business development efforts to promote the Parking Consulting service nationwide and attract new clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive business growth within the parking design and consulting sector.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance and consulting services to clients on parking design, layout optimization, traffic flow, technology integration, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver integrated parking solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Parking Consulting services with existing offerings and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of Parking Consultants, providing mentorship and guidance for professional development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in Parking Consulting to drive innovation and excellence.

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in parking design and consulting or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering parking design and consulting projects.
  • Strong business development, client management, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in marketing and business development strategies to promote services on a national scale.
  • Demonstrated experience in team building, talent acquisition, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for parking design and analysis.
  • Professional certifications or licenses (e.g., PE, SE, AIA)
