This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, 9 AM to 6 PM Texas Time

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the driving force behind our client acquisition strategy. You’ll engage with potential clients across the United States, setting the stage for our sales team’s success. This role demands high-volume outreach, strong communication skills, and the ability to pre-qualify leads. You’ll work directly with the CEO, providing valuable insights and contributing to the company’s nationwide expansion.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100+ daily outbound calls to potential clients
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Manage leads and track appointments using Salesforce CRM
  • Assess client needs and provide initial service information
  • Pre-qualify leads based on company criteria
  • Collaborate with sales team for smooth appointment handovers
  • Report call metrics and appointment status directly to CEO


Requirements
