Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Client Timezone: Toronto, Canada


Responsibilities :
  • Make outbound calls to real estate agents using provided contact lists
  • Explain the concept of the new real estate marketplace platform
  • Persuade agents to register on the platform by highlighting its benefits
  • Send registration links via SMS or email to interested agents
  • Follow up with agents who haven’t registered to encourage completion
  • Assist agents in live registration over the phone when necessary
  • Update the CRM (Zoho) with call outcomes and registration status
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for agent registrations
  • Participate in team meetings and performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho
  • Strong persuasion and objection handling skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic understanding of the real estate industry (preferred)
  • Proficiency in using dialer systems and SMS/email tools

Scope:

  • Initially focus on Toronto-based real estate agents
  • Potential to expand to other major Canadian cities (Vancouver, Montreal, etc.)
  • Possibility of increased responsibilities as the marketplace grows

  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
